Remove the shower head from the shower. Make sure to protect the part of the shower head that connects to the pipe. You will need to remove the face of the shower head so that you can change the washer. Replace all the washers and o-rings on the hot and cold valves. Once you have replaced the washer, reassemble the showerhead and screw it back in. If that doesn’t work you might need to replace the valve stems.
Also it could be that the holes in the shower head are clogged.
